Fosroc ANZ has recognised two outstanding team members in its 2025 ROC Awards, celebrating the people whose contributions have made a meaningful difference across the business.
National Sales Manager Aaron Cusack and Training Manager Craig Simmons were selected through a peer voting process, highlighting not only their professional achievements but the respect they have earned across the organisation.
Peer recognition that truly matters
The ROC Award is one of Fosroc ANZ’s most meaningful internal honours. Nominated and voted on by colleagues, it celebrates individuals who demonstrate commitment, passion, professionalism and a genuine connection to the business. It is focused on the difference a person makes to their team, their customers and the broader Fosroc ANZ business.
Craig Simmons: Building capability through training
Craig Simmons’ contribution is equally far reaching, though it plays out in a very different space. As Training Manager,

Craig works across Fosroc ANZ’s diverse product portfolio to educate applicators, engineers, sales teams and partners, helping them deliver better outcomes on site.
His role is centred on turning technical know-how into practical understanding. Whether he is running hands on demonstrations or tailoring sessions to different audiences, Craig focuses on making solutions simple, effective and easy to apply in real world conditions.
Craig believes the value of training lies in its ability to make a tangible difference. By helping customers understand not just what to use but how to use it, he supports safer, faster and more durable construction outcomes.
“It’s a new challenge every day,” Craig explains. “My role is about solving problems, building knowledge and creating simpler solutions.”
Craig’s impact is often immediate. Training sessions can build confidence, strengthen relationships and even help secure major projects by reassuring stakeholders they have the right solution. Beyond this, Craig’s work contributes to long term capability across the industry, ensuring that Fosroc ANZ systems are applied correctly and perform as intended.
From concrete repair to waterproofing and flooring, Craig trains across Fosroc ANZ’s full portfolio. Many of the projects he supports are out of sight – underground structures, reservoirs, and dams – but they are structurally critical to communities.
Craig also highlights the importance of culture in his experience at Fosroc. “It’s one of the best places to work… we’re all here to create a solution and Future Proof the next project,” he said.
Aaron Cusack: Leading with experience and clarity
For Aaron Cusack, that impact is felt across the entire national sales and specification function. As National Sales Manager,

Aaron leads sales, specification and technical teams across Australia, working closely with customers and project stakeholders to ensure the right systems and solutions are delivered for every application.
With more than a decade at Fosroc and over two decades in the wider DuluxGroup, Aaron brings deep industry knowledge and a calm, practical approach to complex challenges. He is known for guiding teams rather than directing them, offering insight and support while empowering others to succeed. His ability to simplify complexity and focus on what delivers the best outcome has made him a trusted voice across the business.
Aaron’s influence extends beyond sales performance. He plays a key role in strengthening relationships, supporting training initiatives and ensuring Fosroc ANZ continues to deliver high quality, reliable solutions in a fast-evolving construction landscape. His peers recognise not just his expertise, but his willingness to share it and support others.
“I’ve been here a long time, so I’ve developed a really good understanding into the products, the applications, the customers and the market,” he said. “I’m always happy to share that and support everyone.”
For Aaron, the award is particularly meaningful because it comes from colleagues. “I was really blown away… I do really love this business, so it is pretty special.”
A culture defined by people and performance
Together, the achievements of Aaron and Craig reflect a broader story about Fosroc ANZ. Their recognition points to a business built on deep expertise, collaboration and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Across both roles, a common theme emerges. Success at Fosroc ANZ is not just about technical excellence, though that remains critical. It is about supporting others, sharing knowledge and working as one team to solve complex challenges in construction. From national sales leadership to hands on training, every contribution is connected to better outcomes for customers and projects.
The 2025 ROC Award winners demonstrate that impact can take many forms. Whether guiding teams, strengthening relationships or building capability across the industry, Aaron Cusack and Craig Simmons embody the values that define Fosroc ANZ at its best.
